On this day in 1821, Missouri was admitted to the union. This particular spoon was probably made about 75 years later, but I can’t tell who the manufacturer is because the maker’s mark is partially rubbed off and my eyes are tired. A spoon this delicate and lovely couldn’t possibly be haunted.
